This Privacy Policy explains how SimMind (“SimMind,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at simmind.ai or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you have questions, contact us

1) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from integrations you connect.

A. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide:

  • Account information (e.g., name, email address, sign-in method)

  • Contact and waitlist information (e.g., email, company/studio name, role, messages you submit via forms)

  • Support communications (e.g., emails, chat messages, or other information you send us

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data (e.g., browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps)

  • Cookies and similar technologies used for essential site functions and analytics (see Section 6)

C. Information from integrations (if you connect them)

If you connect third-party integrations, we may collect information from those integrations as needed to provide the Services:

  • Discord / community feedback sources (if connected): we may access the channels, messages, metadata, and related content you authorize us to read in order to generate feedback summaries, themes, and dashboards for your team.

  • Game telemetry / instrumentation data (if enabled): we may collect gameplay events, session metadata, and related signals that you or your team chooses to instrument and send to SimMind. This may include spatial context (e.g., level zones, paths, hotspots) if your implementation provides it.

You control what integrations are connected and what data is sent. You can disconnect integrations to stop future collection.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (e.g., authentication, account access, delivering dashboards and investigations)

  • Improve and develop the Services (e.g., diagnosing bugs, evaluating product performance, improving features)

We may share information in the following situations:

C. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4) Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.

  • Website analytics and logs are typically retained for a limited period.

  • Account and product data may be retained until you delete your account or request deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

You can request deletion by emailing us
